Returns policy for non-faulty goods
If you have a change of heart and would like your order refunding you must return your order to us within 14 days of receiving it. Your order must be:
  • Items must be unused, showing no signs of wear-n-tear and in resale condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging intact.
  • Items are returned at the customer’s expense.
After receipt of your goods, It can take around 2 – 6 working days for your refund to be returned to you from the date of receiving your item(s) back to us. Please allow at least 6 working days for us to receive your items, inspect and process your return.
Purchases made directly through Bingo Appliances
  • Once your return has been processed, please allow the following times for your refund to reach you, depending on your original payment method.
  • Refunds made back to your Bank Account (via the debit or credit card you used to purchase from us) will take 5 – 10 working days to appear, as per bank procedure.
Bingo regret that unless there is a fault it cannot accept the return of the following if you have a change of heart or  Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping unwanted orders back to Bingo.

Returns policy for faulty goods
If your order has arrived visibly damaged or faulty upon receipt, please follow the steps below so that we may resolve the issue for you:
Step 1:
Email us to let us know (info@bingohome.store) or contact through our online customer support within 2 days of receipt. This enables us to attribute the damage to delivery or existing damage. Please provide your full name, product name, your order number (if purchased from our website). Please also describe the issue as best you can.
Step 2:
Once you receive an email back from us to confirm (within 72hrs) or through online customer support, we will either ask you to return your order to us (within 7 days of receipt. Should you be unable to provide evidence of the fault or we require you to return the goods to us, then you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your faulty product to us for a refund or replacement.. Please be advised that if your item is not found to be faulty or damaged upon return and inspection, we will require it to be returned in resale condition with the packaging and tags complete to be able to provide you with a full refund. This is in accordance with our terms and conditions. For damaged or faulty returns, Bingo will reimburse customers for the reasonable cost of shipping subject to receipt of proof of the shipping cost.
Non-Delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details
Bingo cannot be held responsible for deliveries that do not arrive in the event that the shipping details you provide are incorrect or incomplete. In such circumstances Bingo has no obligation to send you a replacement. Bingo may, at its discretion, re-deliver to you if and when the original order has been returned by the shipping.
Non Delivery – Generally
In the event of non-delivery, you must notify Bingo within 30 days of the expected delivery date. A replacement or refund will only be provided at the discretion of Bingo if you report a non-delivery after this date. Bingo regret that no replacement or refund can be provided for non-deliveries advised after 60 days of the expected delivery date deadline as we are unable to confirm delivery tracking after this date.

Limitation of Liability
The liability of Bingo under any contract, however made or implied, shall be limited to the amounts paid by you under that contract. Bingo will not be liable, in contract or tort for any consequential loss howsoever arising including but not limited to:

  • any loss of goodwill or reputation; or
  • any special or indirect losses due to any misuse of products
